Working On Purpose

Many people are living longer with more choices in the second half of their lives than ever before in history.  One of those choices (or necessities) is to work.  Working On Purpose is a one-day program that provides the framework, the tools and the coaching to help you consider your choices for your second half work life.

Why do we need it?

The central theme of Working On Purpose is: “the power of purpose!” Purpose dramatically affects aging! When we lose our sense of purpose, we grow old.  Transitions are not easy to undertake alone. Work and motivation need to join together. This process offers a seasoned perspective and professional guidance on how to “work on purpose” in the second half. It accelerates and deepens the midlife transition process and helps people avoid the drain of indecision.

Who is it for?
Created for individuals age 50+ who are facing the choices and challenges of the second half of life, the program helps them work through one of the major choices that come with aging and retirement —work. It is for those:

  • Needing to work in the second half
  • Contemplating working in the second half
  • Coaching friends, employees or clients on second half work choices
