Have you ever traveled to see something new?  For many, travel brings out the adventurer in them.  But perhaps the most exciting journey of discovery you can take is the journey into your own heart.  Traveling inside is like opening a gate to a secret garden--a place where your most cherished dreams reside. 


What secret dreams are waiting to be discovered within your heart?   In our busy world we have lost the art of reflection, of regularly opening the gates to that wonderful world within each of us.  What might become real for you if you bring it to light?


tiny sunDaily Practice:  Take time today to open the gate of your most secret dream or desire and say it out loud.  Spend a few minutes giving your dream some shape and form.  Draw it, write about it, talk with a member of your Sounding Board about it.  Open that door every day for a week and see what emerges along your journey to expressing the wonderful world within you.
