Leading with Passion and Purpose

This presentation is a fun, interactive way to take a fresh look at how you spend your time—one of your most precious resources. Unlike other "time management" workshops, Time2B™ helps you view time holistically, in concert with your life. Time2B™ helps you draw on all your resources to renew your sense of balance and will make you feel time-rich too!

A Life of Service for All Seasons

No matter what our age or situation, we are called to service—we each have a ministry to fulfill. During the different seasons of our lives our ministry changes as our circumstances change. As we grow in our faith, we become newly equipped to serve in different ways. In this fun and interactive presentation, Barbara engages participants in learning about the different seasons of life and why ministry changes from season to season. She shares examples of people of faith to learn how they fulfilled their ministries in their own time. Lastly, what ministry means today is explored; participants leave with the skills to create their own ministry.

Courageous Conversations: Skills for Effectiveness in Work and Life

What difficult conversation have you been avoiding? Why don't people do what you ask them to? Do you feel like you can "tell the truth" in your conversations? When you realize that everything that happens in our work and life begins in a conversation, having the tools to communicate effectively becomes a necessity. Courageous conversations are those that build up relationships and create the context for better listening and getting to the heart of matters. Effective conversations are those that take great ideas from conception to implementation. In this presentation, Barbara will share ideas and provide the time and space for participants to develop effective conversation practices that will create the change they most want in their lives.
