Times of transition usually bring to the surface numerous uncertainties that people have experienced. Transitions cause people to ask tough questions about purpose, meaning and quality of work/life.

The successful coach is someone who understands that change happens from the inside out, is informed about transitions and can build confidence. This program provides a transition framework—the strategies, tools and confidence—for coaching on purpose. It provides an excellent map for coaching people in transition.

What is it?

The Inventure Group Coaching Clinic is a one-day workshop designed to provide coaches with tools to uncover their clients’ potential. Led by master coach Richard Leider, the Coaching Clinic is a unique opportunity to benefit from his years of experience coaching leaders and professionals. Based on an inside-out discovery process, The Inventure Group's signature tools reflect both the inner and outer journeys people travel in order to live and work on purpose.

Program Structure

The Coaching Clinic focuses on the key elements that create understanding of a purpose-centered coaching practice and introduces tools for coaches to use in self-development and in their practice.
  • The clinic begins with an overview of the art of purpose-centered coaching, defining what that means to each coach, and how that is present in their practice.
  • The Inventure Model provides an easy reference to help coaches understand the life transitions that people go through and the different stages of a transition.
  • Inventure Tools are introduced and different applications for their use are experienced by the coaches. The tools include the Calling Cards, Natural Rewards Inventory and My Sounding Board. In addition to experiencing the power of these tools for themselves, coaches will learn ways to use these tools with their clients and share best coaching practices. The tools will be available at the clinic for a discounted price.
Program Components

The Coaching Clinic includes the following four tools:
  • Calling Cards, an interactive tool that helps people discover their calling and apply it to their work. The Calling Cards include a deck of 52 cards with suggested callings and instructions to guide people to discover for themselves how to align their gifts and passions in an environment that honors their values.
  • Natural Rewards Inventory, a process that helps discover what motivates them to do their best work and how they can achieve their natural rewards.
  • My Sounding Board: Finding support for making sound choices, a process that helps people create a life/work support system to enhance personal and professional challenges and decision-making.
